Begins Tuesday February 6th!
Join our intro to cooking class for 2nd and 3rd graders! It will be a fun flashback to the days of pioneers girls and boys. Using whole foods and all-natural ingredients, kids will learn basic cooking (and STEM!) skills: mixing, chopping, measuring, and the hour-long class will give them confidence in the kitchen. Recipes will be based on those in the Little House Cookbook and others from that time period, and might include items such as johnny cakes, corn dodgers, ginger water, pancake men, pickles and so on.
