We are excited to announce our new music program!!!
Starting next Monday, December 4th we are offering introductory drop in music classes at Families First!Class times: 9:30 10 months and up and10:30 10 months and up and11:30 class for infants (under 8 mos)
At the center of a Stomp And Shout class is music! Music makes your child smart! It helps develop language skills, develops self esteem, develops listening and math skills, and gives us an amazing foundation to explore using our big beautiful imaginations. We'll go on adventures, move our bodies in cool kid ways, imagine ourselves as different people, make stories sing, jam out on our instruments. And, if they're lucky, we'll let the grownups come along for the ride!

Art with Ms. Nanette is an exciting, hands-on class for all levels. From painting tracks with toy cars to making puppets from paper bags, this class explores as many mediums as possible! With a creative approach, this class will help develop fine motor skills, encourage self-expression, and expand creative development.

Families First is pleased to host our own Betsy Griffin with an exciting after-school math enrichment program. Betsy previously taught our Math Playgroup drop-in classes and has launched a fun math class for 1st and 2nd graders focusing on topics not covered in the traditional classroom.

ThursdayStory Time 11:15am All ages
A time to gather together for stories, songs, and rhymes. Through books we discover, explore, imagine, and learn. We practice and build on our listening and social skills. Early literacy exposure helps develop and enhance language skills. And another benefit to reading aloud........ it's fun!

A time to listen, sing along, and learn new rhymes. This story time fosters a love for books and learning, and encourages language development through stories, songs, and rhymes.

Mentor Moms Meet-Up 10:30
Bring your baby or babies and join us on Fridays for a meet up hosted by experienced moms (mentors) from the local community.
Each week a different "Mentor Mom" will facilitate a discussion based on her experience, professional and personal, to welcome other parents into the community and share ideas and resources about parenting.
Come join other fellow moms to gather and share triumphs, goals, concerns, joy, frustrations, ask for advice and share advice all in a nurturing and supportive environment.
